United Airline

I booked what I was told was a flight from Appleton Wi. to Orlando with a short lay over at Ohara.Chicago.Never got my email of our flight plan.When I called back I was told they have no flights going straight thru Chicago without changing planes. We are very,very unhappy with United at this point and I was told if we want to change our plans we would be charged 200.per ticket.So now my wife and I are older and really feel we were taken advantage of.Is this how United operates having ticket agents Lie to get business my Contact No. is 920-948-4142 lucky for you ,you don't have a contact no.
